Great service but the unit froze back up again. I need to schedule another service call. Technician told me there could be another problem if it froze up again.

I know Mondays have to be the busiest for any repair person, and so I figured Jacobs would be super busy. But - I reached out - as I had spent the night in a 91 degree house because the air stopped working. They miraculously got me in the same day AND in the morning! Not only that, my repairman got to my home early!!! In less than 30 minutes, he diagnosed and repaired my a/c! (All while having to wade through my curious and loud dogs!). Thank you so much, Jacobs!! Thank you for employing wonderful service-oriented professionals AND for being all about the customer! (Oh, and I can’t forget - thank you for being affordable! These types of issues are rarely budgeted for, but the charge was more than fair and totally doable!). You’re the best!

Jim came did the estimate visit and Eli did the install. Both very positive and professional experiences. This is the fifth HVAC unit that I have purchased from Jacobs over the course of three decades. Four are still in service and working well, including the new Daikin unit that was installed yesterday. I would wager that Eli knows his way around most any installation challenge. I endorse the Jacobs "experience", from the purchase of a new unit to routine or emergency service. Very satisfied, past and present.

We love Jacobs the company and the young men who replaced our old system with the new one. The service technician guy, I don’t have good things to say about him. I asked him before he leave I want to ask him a few questions and he just left out my front door as if he didn’t want to answer anything I had to say. I don’t know what he serviced cause he didn’t explain anything to me so he may want to get help with customer service skills. We do love our furnace and the AC unit and would recommend to others
