Your Best Choice for Air Conditioning Repair and Furnace Repair in Murphysboro IL (2)

Very efficient and friendly service.

Jacobs is always great to work with! They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and timely. They schedule their appointments in an organized way and always let you know when they are on their way. My place is always a disaster, and I have a large dog who barks at them. But they are still always friendly and professional. I really trust them and their work.

Jacobs always provides outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to service their customer's heating and air needs.

Everything ok

Very conscientious and resolved issues

Jackson was very professional, asked just a couple of questions, and got right to work. He obviously knew what to look for and was very familiar with our unit. He even tolerated our cat, Socrates.

They always show up when you need them. even during a snowstorm!

Nice polite

The tech was very thorough and professional. My previous service company just turned on the unit to see if it worked and that was it. Jacobs' tech do a through check for winter and summer. Very pleased.

Jackson was very professional

Eli Jacobs was prompt, courteous and had the repair completed within an hour. Repair parts were on the service vehicle, which was a very welcome surprise. I highly recommend Jacobs Air Conditioning and Heating.

I know this great family and their business from before and they were the ones who initially installed the original system. With my technical background I can assure anyone that Jacobs Is by far the best company for all your air conditioning and water heater needs and will ensure that any of their customers are fully satisfied and they will not stop until that need is met. Thank you so very much and will be recommending Jacobs to any and all who need help.
