Our experience with Jim, Eli and the installation crew have been nothing but excellent from the very beginning. Jim responded to a request of interest and provided valuable advice and a prompt quote with options to choose from. All aspects were delivered on time and as promised. Quotes were comprehensive with NO hidden costs. Once installation started (on time as planned) we were pleasantly surprised with starting with introduction by a courteous Eli and the rest of the crew. During the installation that took almost two weeks, we were kept updated daily. Each day they cleaned up after themselves made sure to let us know they were leaving and when they would be back the next day. The work they did was outstanding. Little added touches to make sure that all when all was done we felt like it was a PROFESSIONAL TOP NOTCH job. e.g. channel cover for Freon lines going to the outside unit on outside of home, so it wasn't visible. laying base of rock providing leveling surface for pad of outside unit. Concern for plants that might need relocating while they worked outside. All aspects covered well in our opinion..
