very good service
very good service. The worker was very polite. It would have been good if he had shoe booty things to cover his shoes from going outside to inside the house but other than that, everything was very good.

Above and Beyond Service!
They have been to my office twice this summer. I knew after the first time to call them right away. They came out on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. They are always very efficient and personable.

There when I needed them!
My air conditioning unit simply stopped running on the hottest day of the summer on a Saturday evening, of all times. I called and left a message. They returned my call very quickly and arranged to come out the next day to take a look. The technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. My ancient unit will probably make it through the rest of the summer. Thanks for GREAT service!

Courteous & efficient
My son-in-law was conducting some of his business on the telephone from our home. Doug arranged the servicing so that he minimized interference with my son-in-law. When Doug had to work on the inside units he did so quietly and quickly. We appreciate Doug's respect of the circumstances. Both of our heat pumps are now working perfectly.
