Fast always made an effort to be there same day we called, courteous office staff throughout the process of getting a technician to the house, technicians absolutely know what they are doing, and we feel charges have been fair both times we were serviced by this company. All matter when you see water pouring through your ceiling from a duct or AC goes out on a 95 degree, high humidity day.

Not sure how I ca e to use Jacobs originally but I use them to maintain my heating and air conditioning because: 1) they are a local business, 2) they are all pleasant and respectful, 3) they don’t sell me anything I don’t need and 4) and while everything today seems to be more than I would like to be paying, Jacobs seems to charge a reasonable price for the service they provide. I guess it’s not 1970 any longer.
