Doug and Madison were on time and professional. Doug was extremely knowledgeable in the installation and service of the heating and air unit. Madison showed qualities of a good apprentice and was eager to learn. Extremely happy with my choice in Jacobs heating and Air. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.
