The owner's son, Eli, came out and serviced my home. He was very friendly, efficient and focused, and best of all informative. He showed me what he was doing, what needed to be done, how I could take better care of my cooling, and what I should plan for in terms of costs for the future. Really great service. Unfortunately when I built my house I went with an hvac system that has been plagued by problems due to poor original installation and cheaply done repairs. All of that was done by other contractors. Excellent seasonal checkups, and Great to work with on Installation
We've been loyal customers, ever since we lost faith in our prior AC/Heating company several years ago. The seasonal checkups are much more thorough and professionally done. The technicians are friendly and explain what they checked. We didn't hesitate to have Jacobs install a new mini-split system in a renovation we are just now completing to turn a family room into a mini apartment for our son or for a future caregiver.
