The owner's son, Eli, came out and serviced my home. He was very friendly, efficient and focused, and best of all informative. He showed me what he was doing, what needed to be done, how I could take better care of my cooling, and what I should plan for in terms of costs for the future. Really great service. Unfortunately when I built my house I went with an hvac system that has been plagued by problems due to poor original installation and cheaply done repairs. All of that was done by other contractors.
