Ethan is a personable young man. He has completed this service several times in the past. I appreciate that continuity.

The service was amazing and the quality of work was better than I expected! I would definitely recommend that you use Jacobs. They were wonderful!

Love their maintenance program. Would much rather spend a little money every so often for maintenance than a big chunk on replacement.

Jacobs Heating and Air did a great job installing my mini splits. Very pleased with the process and results.

Ethan, the service technician was knowledgeable polite. He provided great customer service.

One very minor issue. The clock on my thermostat was off by an hour after the maintenance was completed. I only noticed because it's programmed to lower the temp at 4:30 and when it didn't cool down I check the time on the thermostat and it was off. Easy to reset.

Both guys were great and they did what they were there for!!!

I don't know why we ever used any other heating/AC service in town. Jim is honest, friendly and efficient. When it's time for a new AC unit, we'll be calling Jacobs.

Ethan works quick and is always on time

While service was fine -as far as I know- was not happy when told they had replaced the filter downstairs after I told not to as I replaced them two weeks ago. @When I questioned him he said it looked dirty. I think he forgot. Also went back and forth over carpet in living room several times after being outside without covers on his shoes. Also arrived about 45 mi n early which was ok because I was there but other times might not have been home that much earlier than the appointed time.

These guys are the absolute best, timely, efficient, and honest!
